Does Vidalista really work for ED, and what’s it like?

Yo, I’ve been poking around online for ED solutions and came across Vidalista. Sounds like it’s got tadalafil in it, which I think is the same stuff as in Cialis, right? From what I’ve heard, it’s supposed to help you get things going by boosting blood flow, but I’m wondering how well it actually works for people.

I read it might last longer than some other pills, maybe even a day or two? That true? Also, how’s the timing—do you pop it like 30 minutes before or what? I’m curious about side effects too. Like, is it just mild stuff like a headache, or can it mess you up more than that?

Has anyone here given it a try? What’s the vibe—worth it or not? And if you’ve got health issues like high blood pressure, is it safe to even consider? Just trying to get a sense of it before talking to my doctor.
